Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity so that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
