Salary range $135,459 – $157,027 plus super

About the role:

As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Hydro's S/4HANA implementation, particularly in EHSM and GRC modules. Your expertise will support the ongoing use and enhancement of SAP technologies, aligning with the SAP Roadmap, business needs, and regulatory requirements, ultimately bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You will:

  1. Oversee planning, financial management, and delivery of small-scale SAP projects.
  2. Design, develop, and implement tailored SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  3. Evaluate and recommend new SAP functionalities and technologies for adoption.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current and future SAP needs.
  5. Produce comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, process maps, and training materials.

Successful candidates will have tertiary qualifications or extensive experience as a functional analyst, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, Personas, SAP FIORI, and BTP. Proven project management skills and experience in delivering SAP process improvements are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders are also required.
