About this Role:

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for driving the implementation of S/4HANA, focusing on EHSM and GRC modules. This role will play a key part in aligning SAP technologies with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the SAP Roadmap.

  • Project Planning: Oversee planning, financial management, and delivery of small-scale SAP projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • SAP Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement tailored SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements, leveraging expertise in SAP modules such as S/4HANA, Personas, SAP FIORI, and BTP.
  • Evaluation and Recommendation: Evaluate and recommend new SAP functionalities and technologies for adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current and future SAP needs, fostering effective communication and engagement.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, process maps, and training materials, to support project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires:

  • Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience as a functional analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, Personas, SAP FIORI, and BTP.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in delivering SAP process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
