Be part of the Incluso Service journey, where we are aiming to become Australia's leading service provider in accommodation, respite, and support services.

At Incluso Services we are focused on "Building the World that we Want" and as such, ensuring that people with a disability are well cared for and can access high quality community engagement services. Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.

We are looking for a Rostering & Admin Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key part in ensuring our participants receive the right support from the right people at the right time. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Bundoora office, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain staff rosters that align with client needs and staff availability.
  • Manage shift changes, replacements, and urgent rostering requirements.
  • Liaise with support workers, clients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with NDIS guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and ensuring compliance with necessary checks and training.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimise workforce planning and service delivery.
About You
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements (desirable).
What we would like you to have:
  • Authorised to work in Victoria.
  • An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector.
  • An understanding of rostering and SCHADS Award.
What we offer:
  • We care about your physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we offer wellbeing subsidies that provide discounts on gym, yoga, and Pilates memberships.
  • We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.
  • We believe in working hard and playing hard, and foster team bonding through a variety of events that help you connect with your colleagues outside of work.
