What You'll Have And Do To Succeed
- Build, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge on ActivePipe's products
- A hunter and farmer mindset: Identify, qualify and close new and upsell business opportunities
- Cold calling - outbound calls to potential customers
- Schedule demos to present ActivePipe to prospective customers
- Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer/brand needs
- Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain business relationships with new and potential customers and their supporting teams
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients and prospects, which is managed through our CRM Salesforce
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
- Collaborate with the ANZ Senior Director of Sales on sales goals, planning and forecasting operating rhythms
- Maintain short-term and long-term business development plans
- Be an ambassador for ActivePipe - always representing our brand, mission and values

- Travel across the ANZ region may be required
- Mentor new and existing team members in the Account Executive role
- Host training on an as needed basis to assist in upskilling team members across core competencies and/or product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
- To engage with all inbound opportunities of 50 licenses or more as lead Account Executive on Moxiworks behalf
- The Senior Account Executive is to meet with and collaborate with AE's who uncover 50+ license opportunities. (AE to be awarded recognition)
- Be a point of contact for other Account Executives when management is unavailable
- 5 years or more of SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
- Internal Candidates: 2 years of ActivePipe outbound sales experience is preferred
- Internal Candidates: a minimum of 90% to quota must be achieved across the last two financial years
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is favourable
- Ability to prospect via cold outreach and provided
- Excellent sales skills including high level ability to effectively articulate sales value proposition to multiple stakeholders with competing interests
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Aptitude for technology
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently within a team
- Exemplary customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation with a positive attitude and growth mindset
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the ActivePipe / Moxiworks environment
