Link-Force Au' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide, SA 5000. As a fulltime Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project management and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of each undertaking.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating and overseeing all project activities, including procurement, logistics, and onsite supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Providing regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, from inception to completion
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and related tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
