Overview

Role: Recruitment Consultant (Mid-Senior level, Onsite).

Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals; conduct detailed job briefings to capture role requirements, key skills, and cultural fit; provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices to support client decision-making.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source candidates using job boards and networks; leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive talent; write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms; build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Screening & Selection: Review CVs and applications; conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews using tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet; manage candidate expectations and provide clear role details, timelines, and feedback; shortlist and present qualified candidates with supporting profiles.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interview scheduling; prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback; negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates; ensure smooth onboarding with client HR teams.
  • Database & Administration: Maintain accurate records in ATS (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse, Workday); use CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track interactions; generate reports and analytics to monitor recruitment performance and pipeline health; ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR) and internal policies.
  • Business Development (Optional/Depending on Role Level): Identify and pursue new opportunities; attend networking events and industry conferences; contribute to marketing initiatives (social media, blogs, candidate engagement events).
  • Proficiency with tools: ATS/CRM (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot); job boards and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Reed, TotalJobs, CV-Library, Monster); video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet); productivity (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Asana); data analytics for hiring trends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of employment law, diversity & inclusion practices, and GDPR compliance in recruitment.
  • Background in client-facing or target-driven environments is advantageous.
