With a team of 50+ dedicated professionals, they specialise in leasing, selling, and managing commercial properties. Their mission is simple: to create wealth for their clients and their staff.

The Opportunity: We're seeking a dynamic Head of Growth – Victoria to drive their expansion into the Melbourne market. This is a pivotal role, responsible for establishing their Victorian presence, growing the agency network, and laying the foundations for future offices across the state.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute strategic growth plans to expand our client's Victorian footprint.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture top-tier commercial agencies and agents seeking to establish their own offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency business owners and industry leaders.
  • Champion the benefits of joining our client's growing national network.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years' senior experience in commercial or residential real estate.
  • Proven track record in agency growth, recruitment, or network development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Victorian commercial property market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
