This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership and responsibility, thrives on helping clients grow, and wants to be rewarded well for delivering results.

What's on offer:

$90,000 base + super

Uncapped bonuses – earn extra for hitting revenue goals, retaining clients, upselling services, and converting new clients

Support to succeed – SOPs and systems provided so you can focus on results

Variety of work – 80% Google Ads & Meta Ads, plus projects in email marketing and social posts

What you'll do:

Manage and grow client accounts across Google Ads & Meta Ads

Build trusted client relationships with a customer-first mindset

Execute proven strategies and deliver ROI-focused campaigns

Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value

What we're looking for:

3+ years' hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong client service and communication skills

A results-driven, responsible professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Commercially minded and motivated to grow with us
