Role Description/Criteria: The successful applicant needs to be committed to delivering a high standard of work and have a willingness to contribute to our vibrant and highly professional team, where the students are the centre of all that we do. Passion and enthusiasm is a characteristic we seek in all our staff. The successful applicant will be required to:

  • have an understanding, commitment, and support for the values and ethos of the Catholic school and the mission of the Catholic Church
  • demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children in accordance with Child Safe standards
  • foster and develop appropriate professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community
  • collaboratively plan and work in a team with flexibility, creativity, passion and enthusiasm
  • view themselves as a lifelong learner
  • display initiative and commitment to ongoing improvement
  • sound knowledge in managing our:
  • financial services on a day-to-day basis, such as collecting school fees and managing accounts receivable/payable
  • budget management, supply procurement and payment
  • general and financial administration (e.g. managing employment contracts)
  • able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner while working with little supervision
  • be adaptable and have a sense of humour
