Role Description/Criteria: The successful applicant needs to be committed to delivering a high standard of work and have a willingness to contribute to our vibrant and highly professional team, where the students are the centre of all that we do. Passion and enthusiasm is a characteristic we seek in all our staff. The successful applicant will be required to:
- have an understanding, commitment, and support for the values and ethos of the Catholic school and the mission of the Catholic Church
- demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children in accordance with Child Safe standards
- foster and develop appropriate professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community
- collaboratively plan and work in a team with flexibility, creativity, passion and enthusiasm
- view themselves as a lifelong learner
- display initiative and commitment to ongoing improvement
- sound knowledge in managing our:
- financial services on a day-to-day basis, such as collecting school fees and managing accounts receivable/payable
- budget management, supply procurement and payment
- general and financial administration (e.g. managing employment contracts)
- able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner while working with little supervision
- be adaptable and have a sense of humour
