We're currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic customer support team based in Revesby
About the Role
This role plays a key part in a team of motivated consultants who are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers across multiple channels – email, inbound interactions, and emerging platforms.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
- Manage both B2B and B2C customer interactions
- Serve as the primary point of contact and support for our dealer network
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing
- Advocate for customers to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the team and customer needs
