We're inviting Expressions of Interest from recent graduates and cadets—or those already in the construction industry looking to apply their skills in new and exciting ways.

We're seeking emerging professionals across the following areas, you might have a trade or construction admin background and are ready to take the next step in your construction career, or with a lot of knowledge about the backend of construction you are ready to set the tools aside, or maybe you are fresh out of a Construction or Property Diploma/Degree:

  • Estimating (Residential & Commercial)
  • Drafting (Residential)
  • Contract Administration (Commercial)
  • Interior Design
  • Architecture & Landscape Architecture
  • Leading Hands, Site Supervisors & Site Managers

Through our construction arm, QA Build, we're also looking for qualified carpenters and builders ready for more than just a job. We're offering cadetships and real career pathways—from Leading Hand through to Site Supervisor, Site Manager, and ultimately, Construction Manager. If you're a hands-on tradie with leadership potential, we want to help you grow into the next phase of your career.
