We're seeking emerging leaders across the following areas, you have a trade background and are ready to take the next step in your construction career, with a lot of knowledge about construction you are ready to aim to set the tools aside to become:

• Leading Hand | Site Supervisor | Site Manager

Through our construction arm, QA Build, we're looking for qualified carpenters and builders ready for more than just a job. We're offering cadetships and real career pathways—from Leading Hand through to Site Supervisor, Site Manager, and ultimately, Construction Manager. If you're a hands-on tradie with leadership potential, we want to help you grow into the next phase of your career. This opportunity could be at any of our construction sites and not limited to the Gold Coast.

Along with site career opportunities, we are looking for those ready to bring their on-site experience into the office, or those who have just completed a construction-related qualification and are eager to put their knowledge into action. At GemLife, we're looking for passionate and driven Cadets to join our growing team across various disciplines.

We're Seeking Cadets In The Following Areas

• Estimating (Residential & Commercial)
• Drafting (Residential)
• Contract Administration (Commercial)
• Interior Design
• Architecture & Landscape Architecture
• Health, Safety, Environment & Training (HSET)
