TITLE: RETAIL & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Are you ready to take the plunge into an exciting opportunity with a multi-award-winning PADI Dive Centre located in one of the best cities in the world? Dive Centre Manly invites you to join our team

Located in the heart of Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches (Australia), just a 24-minute ferry ride from the city, Dive Centre Manly offers a gateway to underwater adventures.

We provide a full range of snorkel & dive gear, courses from beginner to instructor level, including Sydney's renowned Learn to Dive course.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Enhance customer engagement and drive sales through social media management, creative newsletters, and excellent in-store customer service and reservations.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Retail sales

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create engaging social media content
  • Design and send monthly newsletters
  • Maintain and update the website
  • Assist customers with retail products and recommendations
  • Handle reservations and inquiries
  • Keep the retail space tidy and organized

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media and email marketing
  • Customer service or retail experience is advantageous
  • Passion for scuba diving and marine life
  • Valid driving license
  • PADI Rescue Diver or higher (preferred)
