Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community HealthAn opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Community Health Team in the Midwest.
Position Overview: The Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Health is responsible for coordinating primary health care for vulnerable children and families within the community setting. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, collecting data, and acting as a role model and consultant to other health professionals.
Key Requirements:
- Significant clinical knowledge, experience, and leadership in community health nursing.
- Knowledge of cultural factors and social determinants, particularly relating to Aboriginal health.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.
