An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the Community Health team at Geraldton Hospital in the Midwest.

- Salary: RN Level 2 $104,903 — $110,752 p.a. prorata
The role requires demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement health promotion principles into clinical practice, develop, implement and evaluate primary health programs, and experience in Community Health Nursing and immunisation services. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential. Possession of or progress towards a certificate in Child & Community Health Nursing is preferred.
Position Profile:
This role provides clinical services as part of core community health programs such as immunisation, school health, and child health. The nurse is responsible for delivering quality primary health services within their competency levels to meet planned health outcomes.

- This is an open-ended recruitment pool; applications are monitored regularly.
