Minimum requirements
  • Live in or near Bellingen NSW including surrounding suburbs Urunga, Fernmount, Raleigh, Brierfield, Newrly Island, Mylestom, Bonville or Repton
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training at our Coffs Harbour Office when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.
  • Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers
  • Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
  • Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
  • Permanent Contract hours:
    • Entry Level - 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
    • Experienced Carers - 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
  • Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing
  • Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
