About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our client, a leading IT reseller based in Sydney CBD. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and helping clients achieve their technology goals with industry-leading solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
- Tailored Solutions Presentations: Communicate innovative ways to solve unique business needs using your product knowledge and consultative approach.
- Building and Maintaining Quality Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders, understanding individual business needs and objectives.
- Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the IT industry and those of the clients you serve.
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, ideally from a tech reseller environment with experience managing large accounts. If you have a proven track record of sales success, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented approach, we want to hear from you.
- IT Reseller Experience: You have a background in the reselling space of IT products and/or services, and a strong understanding of the industry.
- Track Record of Sales Success: You have a consultative sales approach and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Results Oriented and Target Driven: You are highly motivated by achieving goals and driving revenue growth in a competitive, fast-paced market.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You have the ability to convey complex solutions with a customer-centric approach.
- Independent and Driven: Proactive worker with a strong desire to hit KPI's and targets who is self-motivated and uses their own initiative.
