Clinical Support Representative Recon/Trauma – VIC

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Recon, the Clinical Support Representative will provide clinical support and conduct training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, aligned with sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products while maintaining high product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital settings on a range of products as required.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-service schedule in line with sales strategies.
  • Improve operating efficiencies by managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure the proper execution of the shared calendar.
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer profiles and preferences.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and coordination across the state sales team.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products, industry terminology, and clinical practices.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
  • Familiarity with the Australian healthcare system, both public and private sectors.
  • Knowledge of selling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
