Clinical Support Representative Recon/Trauma – VIC

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Recon, the Clinical Support Representative will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, aligning with sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will also maintain and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products, maintaining high product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in line with sales strategies.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure proper execution of the shared calendar.
  • Support the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and execution across the sales team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy is essential.
  • Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products, industry terminology, and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare system.
  • Selling skills and computer proficiency in MS Office.
