We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our CRM applications and platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation, continuous improvement, and scalability of these systems. You will collaborate closely with our executive team, external vendors, engineers, and developers, working across various layers of our technology infrastructure. A strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, thoughtful system design, and high-quality outcomes is essential.

The role involves all aspects of system administration and support of the CRM platforms, focusing on efficient daily management, data verification, and system defect resolution. It also includes regular performance and security reviews to ensure optimal operation.

Additionally, the role contributes to maintaining a cost-effective, scalable CRM solution, providing financial and operational performance reports, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategic partners and vendors.

Success requires strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders, senior management, and broader business teams to support CRM objectives. The role also promotes a high-performing, engaged workforce within a safe and collaborative environment.

Key accountabilities

  1. Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
  2. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights.
  3. Support Operations and IT teams with Salesforce data processing and management.
  4. Monitor CRM performance, stability, and data integrity.
  5. Manage Salesforce releases, including impact assessment, testing, and adoption.
  6. Identify and address issues or risks affecting system reliability.
  7. Debug bugs and verify fixes against requirements.
  8. Train and support staff on system changes and enhancements.
  9. Review workflows and processes for optimization.
  10. Resolve issues affecting clients or staff.
  11. Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System policies.
  12. Conduct weekly vulnerability scans and log audits.
  13. Distribute CRM health check reports regularly.
  14. Manage CRM licensing and user onboarding/offboarding.
  15. Maintain and update the Internal Quality Framework.
  16. Report security incidents to the Head of Platform & Security.
  17. Apply ISO27001 & ISO9001 standards to daily work.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for client consultation.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, including user security and data management.
  • Proficiency in designing custom Salesforce components and workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
