Join our Entity Management and Control team in Sydney, sitting within the Commodities and Global Markets Finance team. Our team is responsible for performing month end financial control, financial and management reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

This is a 6 month contract. Working holiday visa holders encouraged to apply

What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will include improving accounting processes, coordination of key financial reporting to senior stakeholders and ad hoc project management to respond to changing regulatory, compliance and financial requirements. You will work closely with business and finance teams to understand commercial trends and drivers.

What You Offer

  • Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
  • Strong attention to detail, with a risk and control mindset and excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Willingness to take ownership for timely and accurate completion of tasks.
