Overview

As a Store Manager, you will lead our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, create engaging stock presentations, energize the team, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers. A background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles) will help you build genuine connections that ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities
  • Create eye-catching stock setups and maintain an inviting store environment.
  • Energize and develop the store team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead in a fast-paced retail setting and drive store performance and sales.
  • Handle admin tasks such as payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management.
  • Maintain orderly and visually appealing store presentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments; willingness to learn about products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
  • Ability to contribute to achieving store goals and boosting sales.
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
