About the role
This is a full-time Administration Officer role based in Wayville, South Australia. You will be supporting the efficient and effective operation of the office, handling a variety of administrative duties to assist the team at H.U. Partners'.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising documents
Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
Maintaining and updating office procedures and policies
Supporting event and meeting coordination
Support the senior leaders in the business
Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within an office environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
A flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks
A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and clients
Ideally you will have had exposure to professional services environments
