What You'll Do
  • Engage walk-in guests promptly and make them feel welcome, opening the conversation.
  • Excite, engage, and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, or text; participate in outbound events to explain Tesla's product offering and answer questions.
  • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling/co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
  • Contribute to monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs.
  • Operate with proficiency in sales and delivery to deliver a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
  • Present, sell, and support the delivery and installation of the Tesla ecosystem.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales, delivery, and ownership support cycle.
  • Be the primary contact point for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
  • Educate customers on purchase and delivery details from initial contact to delivery day.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness for the customer's delivery appointment.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientation tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Execute customer trade-ins and related documents on delivery day.
  • Conduct Tesla Direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customer homes when required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
  • Client service experience required
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about changes in the personal transportation industry
  • Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
  • Strong sense of teamwork and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Mastery of Tesla products and services; keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license in the country of application with a clean driving history (2-year minimum driving record)
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing where applicable
