Overview

Clarendon Homes is seeking two Site Manager opportunities within Campbell Property Group. The role oversees residential construction projects from site start to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in designated areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage all aspects of the construction process from site start to handover
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Monitor costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives
  • Drive a strong customer focus by ensuring clear communication and a positive building experience
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role within residential construction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
  • A solutions-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
