  4. Provide technical AV support for internal and external events, and ensure a world-class client experience by managing inquiries and Front of House (FoH) collaboration.
  5. Oversee security systems, access, and alarms, handle staff and visitor passes, and ensure staff are trained as Wardens and First Aiders.
  6. Manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders, tenancy audits for SHEQ compliance, and courier/mail distribution, while identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  7. Cover Reception lunch breaks.

About you

  1. Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  2. A self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment.
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  4. Comfortable and confident with technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly.
  5. Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  6. Confident providing instruction and assistance to internal and external clients at all levels.
  7. Able to remain calm, focused and effective under close scrutiny and in time-critical situations.
  8. Polished and professional presentation.
  9. Demonstrate adherence to confidentiality requirements and maintain a high level of ethical behaviour.
