Account Manager – Marketing / Events / Reporting & Analytics SaaS | Melbourne

Are you a strategic, high-performing Account Manager or CSM with a passion for tech and growth? This global leader in Marketing / Events / Reporting & Analytics technology is expanding its Melbourne team and looking for a driven professional to manage and grow key accounts.

What You'll Do:

- Own a portfolio of 25–50 high-value clients (e.g., Accor Hotels, Acer, Sydney Olympic Park)

- Lead complex, strategic sales cycles with a strong focus on up-sell and cross-sell

- Manage renewals and retention across a world-class SaaS product suite

- Hit a quota of $1–1.3M USD with support from BDRs and AEs

What We're Looking For:

- Strong SaaS Account Management background – must have been actively up and cross selling / hunter mentality – or will look at AE/BDM stepping over

- Strategic thinker with a sales-first mindset

- Resilient, coachable, and target-driven

- Comfortable with complex sales cycles ($25K+ deal sizes)
