Essendon Isuzu/MG, a leading automotive dealership in the heart of Essendon, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle repairs, and general service-related questions.
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
  • Collect and record accurate guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
  • Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or services needed to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

You
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
