We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Claims Administrator to join our Claims team based in Tullamarine HQ on a part-time basis (19 hours per week).

This role will be responsible for handling backend administrative duties and proactively contacting customers regarding damages. The successful candidate will also be in charge of keeping accurate and complete file records for all customers, including prepping files for recovery.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Investigating vehicle damage cases, advising probable outcomes, and communicating with customers and internal departments.
  2. Gathering and sorting relevant information to raise and process new claims.
  3. Preparing IRF paperwork for refund/charge transactions or outsource recovery allocation.
  4. Dealing with telephone inquiries regarding claims and providing information as requested.
  5. Maintaining accurate file notes surrounding financial transactions and case development.
  6. Responding to email queries.
  7. Proactively resolving any issues that may inhibit the flow of work.
  8. Developing a sound knowledge of Europcar Rental Terms and Conditions.
  9. Ensuring the customer is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy is highly desirable.
