What You'll Do
  • As a Payroll Officer within this esteemed financial services organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll services for a diverse workforce. • You will collaborate closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to resolve queries swiftly while contributing to ongoing process improvements that drive operational excellence.
  • Your ability to adapt in a changing environment will be key as you assist with month-end reporting cycles, tax lodgements, reconciliations, and system enhancements.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement while upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics at all times.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven experience working effectively as part of a supportive finance team.
  • Resourcefulness combined with a passion for continuous improvement and adaptability when faced with change or ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to explain complex information clearly to colleagues at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills for resolving issues quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Outstanding prioritisation abilities allowing you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods without compromising quality.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or certificate in accounting or payroll courses are required.
