Your Go-To Consultant for Mid-Senior Top Tier Talent with Global Leading Brands across the ANZ Retail Landscape - Logistics, Planning, Finance…The role of an Area Manager oversees the financial performance of multiple stores, ensuring sustainable growth while staying within budget.
This multi-faceted position will wear many hats ranging from recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing store leaders, while fostering a culture of empowerment and teamwork.
You will drive exceptional customer service by coaching store teams to create a world-class shopping experience and ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Key responsibilities include analyzing store performance, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing store rosters, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
You will also be heavily involved in talent development, succession planning, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the company's values.
Additionally, the Area Manager will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage employee relations, and contribute to creating an engaging and supportive workplace. Strong business acumen, excellent leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
