Claims Executive

We are seeking a Claims Executive to join Aon's Private Client division, a team delivering bespoke insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end claims management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from initiation to closure.
- Advocate for clients' best interests, ensuring claims are handled in a compliant and efficient manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate timely and fair claim settlements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
This position will suit a someone with experience in insurance claims/assessment, particularly relating to household claims, and strong customer service focus and stakeholder management skills.
You will be working as part of a fun and high-performing team, servicing a unique and diverse client base.
