Claims Executive

We are seeking a Claims Executive to join Aon's Private Client division, a team delivering bespoke insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.

What you can expect in the role

  • Oversee end-to-end claims management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from initiation to closure
  • Advocate for clients' best interests, ensuring claims are handled in a compliant and efficient manner while maintaining high service standards.
  • Liaises with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate timely and fair claim settlements.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

  • Insurance claims/assessment experience, particularly relating to household claims
  • Strong Customer Service Focus and stakeholder management
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
