Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end claims for Heavy Motor clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Deliver exceptional communication to all stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Conduct regular claims reviews and provide proactive updates to clients and brokers
- Identify and escalate complex or problematic claims to senior leadership
- Mentor and support junior claims staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Assist with policy renewals and endorsements when required
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and codes of practice
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years experience in the insurance claims environment, with a preference for heavy motor claims experience
- Significant experience in claims handling within the insurance broking or underwriting environment
- Strong knowledge across the Heavy Motor industry, understanding claims and quantum limits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
