Our client is a highly respected boutique project management consultancy with long employee tenures and long-lasting repeat clients. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.
This firm delivers high-value, complex projects across the residential & social infrastructure sectors in the private space, and prides itself on its close-knit family culture, deep technical expertise, and personalised client service.

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing 2–3 large-scale new build projects valued between $60M–$150M, while concurrently overseeing smaller-scale fit-out and refurbishment works ($1M–$5M) with the support of a Junior PM or CA. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys driving projects from feasibility through to completion and is ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and progressive consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, and handover
  • Lead and coordinate project teams and stakeholders
  • Drive program, budget, and risk management outcomes
  • Provide strategic advice and add value during early-stage project planning
  • Mentor junior team members
  • This is a delivery-focused role
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' client-side project management experience
  • Proven track record delivering new builds across the full project lifecycle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ambitious, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes
