Business Development Manager role at Design Build in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We're hiring a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Broker to join a high-performing team helping Australian businesses reduce their energy costs.
$100K-$110K base + super | OTE $160K Year 1 | OTE $200K-$350K+ Year 2
Responsibilities- Outbound phone-based B2B energy sales
- Manage your own pipeline and monthly targets
- Close ~$20K deals in a 2-3 week cycle
- Ramp up to a $125K/month quota over 6 months
- Uncapped commissions - top brokers earn $350K+
- 2+ years of B2B phone-based sales experience
- Resilience and a strong work ethic for cold calling
- Confident communicator with closing ability
- Supportive, fast-paced and competitive team environment
- Clear path into leadership roles as the team grows
- $30/month learning & development allowance
- Access to ongoing sales and leadership training
- Full-time in-office for the first 6 months
- 1 WFH day/week after probation
