It's a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be driving growth, leading people, and shaping the future direction of the company.What You'll DoAs our RAPID Growth Manager, you'll be trusted with big responsibilities from day one:Win business – Generate new clients through outreach, site visits, networking, and social media.Build relationships – Earn respect quickly and become a trusted partner for small and medium construction businesses.Run the show – Help manage the daily operations, oversee the team, and make sure things get done.Grow the brand – Contribute to marketing campaigns and represent RAPID in the industry.Drive results – Keep a sharp eye on KPIs and performance, and report regularly to the Directors.Think like an owner – Bring proactive ideas and operate with the mindset of someone building a business, not just doing a job.Who You AreWe're not after a clock-watcher or a 9–5 mentality.
