Seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading law firm.

Our client is a prestigious law firm committed to fostering a professional and collaborative workplace. They are looking for a dedicated and proactive Legal Secretary to become a key member of their property team. This is a great opportunity to work independently, manage your own workload, and contribute directly to the success of the business.

About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be a vital part of the team, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for:

  • File Management: Opening, closing, and maintaining legal files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Document Preparation: Assisting with the creation and formatting of legal documents.
  • Client Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
  • Administrative Support: Managing diaries, emails, and billing, as well as handling general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Property Settlements: Assisting with property settlements, including using PEXA.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a confident and skilled professional with prior experience as a Legal Secretary. Experience in property law will be highly regarded. You should possess:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with PEXA.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Proven writing and formatting skills.
