Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you'll lead all marketing initiatives - from brand development and digital strategy to campaign execution and being the first point of contact for new clients. This is a hands-on role for a forward-thinking professional who understands the luxury market and can elevate the company's profile across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility
  • Manage digital channels, including website, social media, and digitial communication platforms
  • Create and oversee content across all marketing touchpoints
  • Coordinate public relations and media opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on enquiry generation and key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
  • Driving high-quality client enquiries through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strong brand positioning
  • Act as the face of the company's marketing presence

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a marketing Manager within the luxury property, commercial, or building supplier sectors
  • Proven capability to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • A passion for architecture, interiors, and high-end residential living
