We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Area Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

If you're a natural communicator, a hands-on problem solver, and passionate about operational excellence—this is your chance to make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you'll:

  1. Attend & complete inspections at your portfolio of sites (60-70 sites).
  2. Manage relationships with all customers in the allocated portfolio.
  3. Assist Executive and Operations Managers with new site or portfolio implementations.
  4. Ensure all Work Orders or complaints raised within your portfolio are actioned and completed within the KPI set.
  5. Quote ad hoc work & ensure successful delivery of the work for clients.
  6. Identify and feedback sales / quoting / recharge opportunities to the Executive Manager.
  7. Manage timesheets and ensure accurate payroll submissions each period.
  8. Visit and inspect all sites once per month, perform and record iAuditor inspections at all sites.
  9. Respond to all communications from Dimeo Customer Care promptly.
  10. Be the first point of contact for site leads regarding issues or queries to prevent escalation.
  11. Review, action, and respond to site attendance reports from customer service within required timeframes.
