Overview

Brand Coordinator - Virginia role at Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand. As Brand Coordinator, you'll drive campaigns, manage brand assets, and deliver consistent, engaging messaging that supports our mission to help people live stronger, healthier lives. This is a dynamic, full-time role based in Virginia (part-time considered).


Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Create content for social media, EDMs, and website updates
  • Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on insights
  • Support sponsorships, events, and brand partnerships
  • Track marketing budgets and process invoices
  • Keep brand assets up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Stay across market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities
  • Tools you'll use: Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Later.com, Linktree, Op Central, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Monday.com

What you'll need to succeed
  • 2+ years in a similar marketing or brand coordination role
  • Qualifications in Marketing or Communications
  • Digital marketing, EDM, and content scheduling experience
  • Strong project management, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Background in fitness, sport, health, or beauty is highly regarded
  • Passion for health, wellness, and living well
  • Australian working rights and ability to travel to club locations if required
