About the role

As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team to ensure every customer leaves with an excellent experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big-box retail environment.
  • Drive Performance: P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
  • Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Focus on Customers: Prioritize delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines for long-term success.
  • Achieve Goals: Set and achieve ambitious targets while maintaining team engagement.
What we are looking for
  • Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
  • Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Knack for managing high stock volumes.
  • Passion for outdoors and adventure (bonus).
  • First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
