About The Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Charles Hotel | Night & Weekend Shifts

Good food, good drinks and good people - what could be better? At ALH, our pubs are a place to escape and feel at home. Where stories are made and retold. And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story. The Charles Hotel, known for its vibrant atmosphere and quality hospitality, is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. We're looking for individuals available to work night and weekend shifts who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Let our guests know about our ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance
About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You must hold a current RSA certificate
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
