Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the veterinary and nursing team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses, cultivating a strong learning environment
• Manage a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases, using evidence-based practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
• Contribute to the clinic's ongoing growth and reputation within the local community.

Qualifications
What You'll Need

• Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or completion of NAVLE, AVE, or similar examinations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, industry-leading care.
