SIRROM is a well-established, Australian owned business, providing accommodation and facility services for mining and energy operations and their workforces.

With 55+ years' experience, SIRROM has a comprehensive understanding of what effective integrated facility services means to the overall operational success of our clients.  We have earnt our reputation through delivering tailored catering and hospitality services, great food with great people, to remote accommodation facilities.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced hospitality professionals, to join our talent pool for our remote mine-site village operations across WA.

The point of hire is Perth, and the roster is 14 days on / 7 days off for full time positions and ad-hoc rosters are available for casual positions.

As a utility attendant, you will be able to adapt to the ever-changing environment you work in and be able to work with minimal supervision.  Roles are varied and may require employees to work night shift.

Only successful candidates will be invited to join our talent pool at the completion of the recruitment and selection process and will then be considered for vacancies as they arise.

A utility attendant may comprise of the following positions:

  • Housekeepers
  • Kitchen Hands
  • Bar / retail attendants
  • Mine-site Cleaners

Minimum Requirements for all positions:

  • Valid Australian driver's licence - no international driver's licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
  • Have a recent National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Food Handler's and RSA Certificate's (or willingness to obtain)
