The Opportunity

This win, along with other water projects across NSW and Australia, marks a significant step in supporting clients with complex infrastructure challenges.

We are seeking Structural Engineers to join our Sydney team, supporting our national industrial and water business.

You will lead structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities, as well as general industrial projects. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction support, within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

You hold a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and are near or have achieved Chartered Professional Engineer status. You have experience with industrial steel structures (knowledge of concrete design is a plus), including buildings, framing, and roofing. You possess a strong foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation, and are eager to take on more technical responsibility and client interaction.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in structural design within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across disciplines and project teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, career progression, and mentoring junior engineers over time.
