This is a varied and meaningful role with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and enhancing quality of life. **Key Responsibilities**: - Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting - Supporting clients with daily living activities - Assisting with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and general domestic duties - Encouraging and facilitating community participation and social engagement - Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - Delivering support aligned with individual care plans **About You**: You are a reliable, caring, and empathetic individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting others.
