We're actively seeking professionals to join our dynamic team and take charge of managing, renewing, and driving growth for our valued accounts. As an Account Manager, you will nurture existing client relationships and maximize their potential.

What You'll Do
  • Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts following their transition from the Client Acquisition team.
  • Drive sustainable, long-term growth while overseeing renewals, with support from the Customer Success and Renewals teams.
  • Develop customized account plans and strategies to optimize retention and stimulate growth.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive ongoing engagement and utilization of Meltwater solutions.
  • Partner with Renewals Representatives to ensure robust account retention and negotiate pricing where needed.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to inform renewal and product expansion strategies.
  • Implement proactive sales processes to counter competitive threats during renewal negotiations.
What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 4–6 years in account management with a track record in growth and renewals within software or SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution, focused on retention and growth.
  • Ability to develop effective account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
  • Refined communication and collaboration with Client Success and Renewals teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on growth targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment; in-office 3 days a week.
  • Ability to legally work in the country of hire.
